Meeting Schedule

📅 Sundays @ 7:00 AM – Long Run & Devotional (5k+)

We begin each Sunday with a short devotional and prayer before heading out on our run. This time is meant to center our hearts, build community, and remind us why we run—not just for fitness, but for something greater.

📅 Wednesdays @ 5:00 PM – Speed Work led by Jordan the “Running Coach” @ Precision in Movement

Jiu Jitsu 4 Jesus (JJ4J)

A jiu-jitsu group with Coach Mikey Minimo & Phil Hivale

Sundays | 2-3x a month | 2:30-4:00 pm @ various gyms

In this life group, our aim is to teach you self-defense techniques and strengthen your physicality through the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), while also equipping you for spiritual warfare. Many of the inherent BJJ principles can easily be translated into everyday life—one of which is to learn how to endure and stay mentally fortified during difficult situations and pressure. Join us on a fitness journey unlike any other!
